Alto Club delivers independent inspections and surveys where reliability is non-negotiable. We work in and around ports, industrial sites, logistics centres and solar farms, combining traditional survey expertise with modern tools such as drones, LiDAR and thermography.

Bulk stockpiles
Fertilizers, biomass, ores, minerals, aggregates, scrap and more. We inspect, analyse, measure volume, temperature, rates and help you track trends over time.
Silos & storage
Vertical and horizontal storage of bulk materials. We quantify free space, compaction and filling patterns. We delve into the technical drawings and currently deployed measurement technology, we verify, quantify and report with engineer-expertise.
Industrial assets
Tanks, conveyor systems, loading equipment, yards and open storage areas. Visual inspections, condition checks and measurements.
Solar farms & energy assets
Thermographic inspections to detect hotspots, string failures and performance losses.

We define what needs to be known: quantity, condition, trend or risk.

We collect data using the most appropriate tools: classic survey methods, drone-based LiDAR, high-resolution imagery, thermography or deploy any other state-of-the-art method.
Process
We process data using the Quantics platform, turning raw measurements into clear results.
Validate
We check consistency, compare with previous measurements where available and explain any deviations.
Report
We deliver a structured, reproducible report that can be shared with all stakeholders. When required, reports can be secured through our Quantics Digital Trust Layer™.
Example Cases
Bulk Silo Valuation
A client was preparing for an acquisition and needed an accurate valuation of bulk material stored in several silos. Their own level sensors provided an indication, but compaction, moisture and the shape of the material made the readings uncertain.
We used LiDAR to measure free space and actual product levels, combined with bulk density, literature research and silo geometry. Result: A materially higher and more accurate estimate than expected - and most importantly, an outcome both buyer and seller could agree on.
Solar Farm Thermography
At a large solar farm, output was lower than expected but the onsite team could not pinpoint the problem. We flew a drone equipped with a thermal camera over the site, deployed our specialized AI tool to identify several hotspots and a defective string within minutes.
Result: Fast, targeted repair and a significant recovery in annual production - without lengthy manual checks. A follow-up check is included, to see if mitigation was successful.
